A Zoo Night

I was writing this poem for school and my teacher (my mom) thought i copied it!! well i did not!! now it's being published in a book!

When the zoo closes

The animals applause,

The zebra is happy

The birds flying low

The hippo is hungry

The monkeys just stroll.

Than the zoo keeper

Returns from his home'

The lion is crying

Its mane's in a knot,

Before it all ends

The sun rises up.
